Dr. Lameika S. Armstead
A self-proclaimed life-long learner, Dr. Armstead has earned a bachelor’s degree in business management, a master’s degree in human resources management, and a doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology. But while she loves to learn, she also has a passion for teaching. With that, Dr. Armstead has over 15 years of experience training various levels of professionals in global organizations. She has held professional roles at Ford Motor Credit Company, Macy’s, and currently Nissan. Dr. Armstead founded Balancing the Life, an online community dedicated to highlighting the importance of work/life balance for overall well-being. Similarly, in understanding the need for real dialogue around the topic of mental health, she is the host of Mental Health Makeover, a YouTube channel dedicated to providing practical tips to empower others to be proactive about their mental health.
