Join Janet Reynolds from Mental Health Connecticut (MHC) as she presents “Using Writing to Improve Resiliency and Defeat Self-Stigma.” In 2019, MHC presented its Write On! program at Mental Health America’s Annual Conference during Pre-Conference Day for affiliates. In the past two years, MHC has expanded its offerings, completed its pilot study, created a virtual experience during the pandemic, and continued its classes and podcast. MHC is building Write On! as a best practice and is currently expanding programming by partnering with other MHA affiliates, universities, and other groups to bring the healing and transformative power of writing across the country. During the webinar, Janet will provide an update on Write On!, share the different ways to bring the program into your organization, and gather feedback about how Write On! could be tailored to work with the people you serve.
