Join Dr. Cesar Cruz in this guided journey to tap into your ancestors' and community elders' wisdom. The fact you are alive today speaks to the resilience and ingenuity of your ancestors and yourself. By tapping into the wisdom offered by their survival, you can gain guidance from those who came before you.
During this free, 90 minute interactive workshop, you will discuss:
- What is inter-generational wisdom?
- How do you access inter-generational wisdom?
- How can your ancestors help you with your current struggles?
